Looking for a mile building or other sailing experiences around Europe

Hi - I am RYA Coastal Skipper level sailor with about 3000 miles including coastal and off shore passages. Some of it single handed. I have been out of practice due to various reasons in the last 15 years so I am now looking to get back in the game. I am Brussels based so joining on sailing trips/deliveries in France/Belgium/Holland/Germany is easy. I am super interested in the channel crossings over to or from the UK
