Looking for a Competent Crew, Novice Crew, Racing crew or Mile building position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, Novice Crew, Racing crew or Mile building. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I grew up working at marinas, so most of my experience is with motor boats. But I've been learning to sail for the last year and a half. I've taken multiple ASA classes. I'll be sailing around the Caribbean next season on my own boat, but would love to get more experience before I go.
I'm easy going, hard working and feel comfortable on the water!

Spontaneous crew
Connor came to my ship for a good ten days to help with the transfer from Fort Lauderdale to Savannah and to improve his sailing skills. We had pretty much every situation: strong winds, squalls, long motor trips because the wind was too light, narrow inlet entrances into the ICW including touching ground, night trips with a change of watch. In addition, the normal boat routines such as cooking and ongoing ship care. Connor quickly understood how everything works, pitched in everywhere and learned quickly. I would take him back as crew anytime and recommend him to other ships. If their plan to buy their own ship comes true, they will definitely have a great time on it.
