Ever smiling sailor and a good cook looking for a Delivery Crew or other possiblities to cross the Atlantic

Hi,
I conducted several cruises in the Mediterranean Sea and participated in several cruises in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Now I would like to develop further by crossing the Atlantic.
I'm interested in finding a position as a Delivery Crew, 1st Mate, Deckhand or Mile building for 3-5 weeks.
