Experienced sailor looking for a great captain to mentor with and/or join competitive sailing team
Experience Sailor who has put in quality hours on the US Pacific NW Puget sound waters as crew on a volunteer Rescue and Fire Boat and on my 30' sailboat. I am working on getting my captains license this year but need more time off coast/blue water to get more certifications. The following is what I could add to a crew:
- Knowledge of Sailing
- Physical Stamina to withstand some of the toughest conditions
- History of working as a problem solver for over 20 years
- Converse easily in Japanese language
I am looking for the following opportunities:
- Work with a great Captain and Crew to gain more knowledge and skills
- Get more off shore/blue water experience
- Crew with a racing team to tune my skills and have fun
