An Adventurous soul looking for mile building, new friends and new places!!!
Hello! I'm a retired Military Veteran and I'm looking to one day soon have my own vessel to sail to turquois water and white remote beaches. I'm a hard worker and fast learner. I have combat deployments under my belt, and I am able to thrive in high stress situations. I'm a loving father of 4 kids and I am very social. Love being around friendly people. I have no problems taking orders and I obviously know that I have to start from the bottom to learn this lifestyle. Very willing to learn!!

Vance has an enthusiasm and zest for life that brought a great energy to the boat! He has exciting plans for his sailing journey ahead and was eager to learn during his time with us. In fact he was always proactive and taking initiative whether it was anticipating the next sail trim adjustments or stepping in to help with the dishes. We would highly recommend him to another boat looking for crew!
