Looking for a Friendship, Competent Crew or Mile building position
Hi there,
We are Tarot and Justine. We just completed our first week of sailing training and have the competent crew (justine) and day skipper (Tarot) qualifications. (We've also had a river cruiser for a couple of years and so are familar with boats from a different context). We're looking for a week of sailing with an experienced skipper to improve our skills, get to meet some more yachting folks, and have a fun holiday. We are both cheerful, adaptable, friendly, and fast learners. We're keen to learn every aspect of crewing , are quick to help and enjoy hard work and meeting new people. We live in London and both work in the charity sector.
Availability: We are looking for a week bewteen end of March and end of June. Ideally we'd love an opportunity which covered the Easter weekend.

Superb crew
It has been a total pleasure to have these girls onboard. Polite, fun and altogether a nice little team. They are very enthusiastic and diligent in their planning, it brought a smile to my face seeing that they took everything in. There was one day we could not go out because of F8 winds, so we did about 5 hours of theory, working on course to steer, using tidal diamonds and the stream atlas. We also discussed and practiced the need for using a tidal curve and the parameters of setting the right amount of chain or rode out. They are lovely girls to be around either onboard or out for a beer. I strongly recommend them as crew and I will be more than happy to have them back on my boat any day.
