Looking for a Competent Crew, Mile building, Voluntary work or Deckhand position
Signed on to sail on s ship to Antarctica from Dec-Feb, So will be looking to connect with a new boat and meet new people to sail with after that.

Have sailed most of my life. Grew up dingey sailing, have done bareboat charters for about 15yrs, for the past 8 yrs+/- most of my sailing has been on 8m boats in NYC harbor and the Hudson river. Completed a crossing from Cape Town to Montevideo aboard a bark in 2023. 2024 I was island hopping in the Caribbean for a couple months over the winter. Then sailed from Chile to Easter Island aboard a tall ship, and back to Panama aboard a yacht. And sailed from Auckland to the Falklands, rounding Cape Horn. 2025 I sailed to Antarctica twice and crossed to Namibia. Spent the summer on a schooner in Scandinavia. And most recent sailing was down the English Channel and Bay of Biscay.
Have a background in construction, mostly electrical but many other trades as well. So like to think I'm handy when it comes to repairs, which seem inevitable with boats.
Love sailing and am intereated in finding ways to sail more, build miles, see interesting places and meet interesting people.
