Looking for a Friendship, Mile building or Competent Crew position

I´d like to spend as much time as possible at the sea. In the last year I spent two months at sea and it's still not enough. And now I´am ready to build more expirience and more friendships. I have skipper licence (ICC, SRC/VHF).

I´d like to spend some years at the sea with my family in the future.... (I´m father of two.)
So I start step by step to fulfill this dream.
