Ahoy! Always on the look out for sailing adventures. Been sailing since childhood. Solo sailing in and around the Netherlands. My ship is based on the lakes of Friesland, love to share my passion for sailing. Sun, wind and full sails make me happy. Sailing solo can feel like hard work sometimes, the maintenance of the boat keeps me busy enough. So for longer voyages and off-shore I prefer company. Also interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, for mile building, delivery or even work. As long as it gets me to new waters and brings new experiences. My experience North Sea, Atlantic, Mediteranean and Indian ocean. Night watches, handsteering, rigging, boat maintenance, cooking, listening, storytelling and motivatiinal skills included.

Very motivated, positive and interested crew
Sylster is a good crew and one of a kind. Offshore sailing far out from land, is what she like best, and steering. Always in a good mood. Thundersqualls with rain and heavy wind at night out in the Gulfstream, does not affect her at all. She is good in anchor watch as well, so the rest of the crew can rest in peace all night, with no worries..... Welcome back any time!
