Would like to join a liveaboard qualified sailor to truly lean to sail
Hi - When they imposed the Covid-19 experimental injections, I did my research and wisely chose not to have an experimental substance injected into my body that contained DNA, messenger RNA, Graphine Oxide, Spike Proteins and who knows what else. I would like to find an un-jabbed, likeminded experienced Captain.
I'm retired and am just finishing up some loose ends. I live in one of the most expensive cities in Canada therefore I'm looking forward to truly learning to sail and would like to join a vessel sailing in warm waters exploring the wonders of nature.
I took my first sailing lessons at the Armdale Yacht Club in Halifax, NS in the summer of 1985, but went to Dalhousie University that fall. As I've only sailed from La Paz to Loreto, Mexico on a 30 ft sailboat and in a Tall Ship Race from Sidney, Australia to Auckland, New Zealand, I need lots of time, with a competent Captain, to fully learn this skill well.
I'm healthy, fit and active. I bicycle, hike, walk, do yoga, weight train, play golf and like to swim, but not in the Pacific Northwest, as the water is always ice cold. I'm eager to work hard, whatever the task, able to follow orders and have a desire to learn. I've been reading about The Sailing Seasons, as heavy rains, hurricanes are best avoided for successful sailing, which relies on wind, weather, good planning, a competent Captain and crew.
