As a professional chef, with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, I am able to work well underpressure keeping the high standards necessary in this industry.
I am very well organised and able to work in reduced space, still managing to deliver a wild variaty of food choises. This skill comes handy when buffet or catering events are planned. I feel very confident about my job that I am able to improvise with success a last minute menu.

I am a self-motivated person pushing for the next step, alone or as part of the team, in order to achieve our mutual goal: customers happiness.
As head chef, I am used to manage my brigade and passing through my knowledge. I am able to adapt to a sous chef rule, if that means starting my new career in the yacht word.
