Some highlights include crewing on the 72-foot ketch Ticonderoga for regattas, crossing the South Atlantic aboard Vinson of Antarctica, and completing a 2,800 nautical mile journey from Maine to the Bahamas on Tehiya, a 615 Privilege Catamaran. These experiences have honed my sailing skills—such as sail handling, navigation, and line work—while also enhancing my adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and attention to guest comfort.
I hold STCW, SAMSA, and ENG1 medical certifications, as well as RYA Day Skipper credentials. Additionally, I have a Power Boat Level 2 and VHF license, enabling me to handle vessel tenders and communication equipment efficiently. My valid US B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa allow for immediate international travel, and I am eager to gain more nautical miles as I work towards my goal of becoming a skilled skipper.
