Hi there! My name is Bianca. I've been both working and cruising for the last 5 years, sailing just over 30,000NM and completing 3 ocean crossings.

I am fully qualified to work at sea, after getting my skipper training, ICC and RYA coastal, STCW, first aid and maritime security certificates.
I am highly responsible and capable of doing night watches, passage planning, sail trimming, reading weather charts, assist with docking and overall help with any job on board.

During our down time, you can find me in the cockpit reading or writing, cooking in the galley or working out on the deck. I'm easy going but responsible. I love being outdoors and my life philosophy is along adventure, freedom, simple living and activism.

Bianca came aboard for just shy of a month in Fiji as we cruised the local islands, and was a blast to have on board. We spent untold hours laughing, having amazing conversations, and cooking delicious meals and dessert. In addition to her extensive maritime experience, she is well traveled, insightful, and great company. I hope our paths cross again soon!

Bianca joined my boat (I'm the owner and captain) to be a co-captain for a delivery journey across difficult coast and conditions in Italy. She excelled in every aspect of her duties and proved to be an essential and dependable crewmember. Bianca was able to deal with any situation and efficiently complete an array of tasks with professionalism, confidence and thoroughness. Her knowledge of sailing and her expert approach far exceeded my expectations for her relative youth.
