Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, Voluntary work or Mile building position
Hi -I am an Italian living in UK for several years now. I was born and raised in Italy by the sea and left home at 20 yo. I lived in big cities like Milan and London and I have missed the sea in all of this years. I am now 46 and released that I can't escape my roots and DNA and I need to live by the sea (or on it! :)). I have some minor experience on sailboat but that was a couple of decades ago( in Sicily) so I would say that I am a true novice. I am a very active, positive person and I don't mind hard work. Although I don't have experience I am a handy person (I always try to fix things myself) and eager to learn. I'd like to build miles and experience and get qualified to maybe one day have my own sailboat. I am also a very good cook and I speak English and Italian fluently and have a very good level of Spanish if that can help. I am in London at the moment but I can reach any destination(restriction permitting) fairly quickly since I have a week notice both at work and for my current flat if I decide to leave or if requested.
