Great man and crew!!
Hired Joel for a end of season crossing, from Malta to lavrion in Greece on a lagoon 50 catamaran. It wasn't the easiest of trip but Joel was always professional and in good spirits, constantly willing to cook for the crew. I slept better when he was at the helm. His easy going and calm nature would make Great addition to any trip.

Good company
I sailed with Joel from A Coruna to Crosshaven, Ireland and I found him to be a good guy, who was able to cook even in very lumpy seas! He came across as a knowledgeable and gentle man, and his company onboard was welcome and enjoyable. It would have been good to have spent more time onboard with him, sadly he had to leave before me.

Great company and bullet proof sealegs
Joel spent a few days on board crossing from A Coruna, Spain, to Crosshaven, Ireland. A recent Yachtmaster, he was looking for more ocean experience. We had some bumpy weather at the start of the trip but Joel was happy to cook some great food and keep us entertained. Excellent crew member and I would feel comfortable on his own boat if he decides to take the boat-owning plunge at some point in the future

A Passionate seaman!
Met Joel as a crew member for a delivery trip of a Lagoon 50 from Malta to Lavrion. Very qualified and passionate about sailing. Always made me feel part of the crew and was willing to share with me his sailing experiences and knowledge. Great cook even in choppy waters and a great company.
