Atlantic crossing/Caribbean 23/24
Hello!
Bob and I crossed from the Canaries crewing on a Lagoon 445 last January and are now looking for new opportunities for this winter.
I am reliable, adaptable and resourceful. I enjoy a sundowner swapping sea and/or life stories debating anything but politics or fixed religious views. I'm a pretty good cook/victualler/purser and can knock up warming food when it's choppy. I'm rarely seasick, am well used to night watches and am working towards my RYA Yachtmaster practical qualification
Bob is way more experienced and can turn his hand to helping with most boat jobs and is also a good cook. We prefer to explore quiet bays but happy to contribute to Marina costs and obviously food as necessary.
If any of this resonates we would love to hear from you.
Tracey
If you get the good fortune to have Tracey on board your boat for any duration. I highly recommend her for your sailing adventures. We shared good stories, laughs, and great food. Cooked by Tracey. We got stuck dockside for a few days longer than anticipated she took it like a trooper. Tracey is eager to learn as well as share her knowledge. Not only did she catch the first fish of the day, hers were bigger. Then turned that fish into one of the best meals I have had in a long time. When a rope got wrapped around my prop Tracey didn’t hesitate to offer to jump in and cut it away, and with knife in hand tackled the chore. She made my dog love her in a heart beat. Syd.
