Looking for start real adventure on the see and make sure that going around the word for sure is for me

I just started my adventure with crewbay. I and my wife are looking for some adventure on ocean. We have good experience in inland sailing and some on the sea. We are looking for some longer passage now. We are open for learning, working, and heaving great time, I think we are easy going and respectful, we like to lough, talk, share ideas, but spending some time in a quiet it is also not a problem for us.
