Chef. Chef/stew .
Hi - welcome to my profile I have my first season under my belt working in Scotland and Brixham .I'm interested in finding a position as a chef or chef/deck/stew and improve my sailing after completing my comp/crew in jun2018. I have spent the winter season 2019 in meribel France .I have over 20 years experience in kitchens and I work well within a team aswell as an individual and have high standard and goals.I have a broad knowledge of cuisine and a positive attitude.
I have now been working in 2020 on lady Boo a 26m motor yacht in Greece with captain Guy hills, info@hillsmarine.co.uk and am looking forward to being back on the water again.
I have now completed the 2022-2024 season working with st hilda sea adventures in Scotland again with a crew of 3 and upto 8 guests on Gemini Explorer a wonderful old lifeboat.
I have returned in 2025 to a land based position in a private school. but have 8weeks off in the summer, so would be available for any short term cover In the summer for the foreseeable future.
