Having dedicated 4 years to acquiring essential skills learnt onboard charter and private Motor Yachts, I am firmly committed to a long-term career in yachting. I have just completed my third and final year of a Bachelor of Nautical Science Degree (Unlimited Officers ticket). I have strategically developed both short & long-term plans to attain the necessary qualifications & expertise to achieve my ultimate goal of becoming a Captain.
My background in fishing, watersports & photography uniquely positions me to enhance guest experiences onboard. I pride myself on my discretion & attention to detail, qualities that extend well beyond the daily responsibilities of a deckhand. My ambition & dedication drive me to undertake tasks and see them through to the highest standards.
I possess a deep understanding & respect for crew hierarchy & their roles, fostering healthy relationships & a collaborative spirit. This respect is coupled with a willingness to assist across departments to ensure all work is completed efficiently & to the highest standard.
In pursuit of my Bachelor's degree, I temporarily shifted from our hands-on occupation to focus on advancing my education into the world of the marine industry.
