I have been sailing my whole life and that is my lifestyle. Sailing and photography are my biggest passions.
With over three decades of maritime experience, including extensive sailing across the Mediterranean and a proven track record in yacht management, I am confident in my ability to lead and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism onboard your vessel.
My journey on the sea began at the age of five, and by the age of fifteen, I was sailing solo with confidence. Since embarking on my professional career as a skipper at twenty-three, I have developed a deep expertise in navigating some of the most beautiful and challenging waters of the Mediterranean, including the Balearic Islands, French Riviera, Italy, Greece, and the Adriatic Sea. Collaborating with a variety of charter operators has not only sharpened my navigation and technical skills but also instilled a strong aptitude for guest relations and hospitality.
For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to managing private yachts. This role encompassed responsibilities such as overseeing comprehensive maintenance schedules, supervising refits, ensuring meticulous documentation, and coordinating efficient and harmonious crew operations. These experiences have provided me with a holistic understanding of the complexities involved in yacht management.
Beyond my hands-on experience at sea, I have cultivated a passion for the maritime industry through my long-standing association with the largest yachting and nautical magazine in the region. This collaboration has broadened my knowledge of vessels and industry trends. Additionally, as a co-author of several sailing guides and documentaries, I have had the privilege of sharing my insights into the art and joy of Mediterranean sailing.
