I’m an enthusiastic, highly trainable individual transitioning into the yachting world from a background in high-end hospitality. I’m looking for opportunities to join a passionate and experienced crew where I can contribute through hard work, a team-first attitude, and a genuine desire to grow.
I’m especially interested in positions that offer hands-on experience—ideally involving boat prep, maintenance, line handling, and day-to-day operations. I may be green when it comes to sailing, but I bring transferable skills like strong attention to detail, time management, and guest-focused service from years working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and polishing glasses.
Physically fit, reliable, and always up for a challenge, I’m looking to crew with like-minded people who value a strong work ethic, clear communication, and a shared sense of adventure.
