Female Deckhand Positions
Yello! - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand to build up tender driving experience and sea miles to get my yachtmaster offshore to pursue a career in yachting!
I have been a temp deckie on yachts ranging from 13-40m. And found myself spending a little over a year onboard a 63m private M/Y which had seen me acquire valuable skills relevant to yacht operations, maintenance (due to extensive shipyards) and deck duties, all outlined on my CV.
Having previously served as a firefighter within the RAF for four years, meant I developed a strong foundation in teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high safety standards under pressure and having a good sense of humour, making for an overall robust deckhand. In addition to my professional experience, I am a fun, adventurous, and adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic environments and loves a challenge! I take pride in my ability to integrate seamlessly into any team, bringing a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every task I undertake.
