Looking for a Steward(ess), Novice Crew, Mile building or Racing crew position
Hello, my name is Henrique Guerra and I've just joined Crewbay. I am writing to express my interest in joining a sailing boat crew. With a lifelong passion for the sea and extensive hands-on experience, I am an eager to bring my skills and dedication to a vessel team.
I have been sailing competitively since childhood, starting with Optimist, where I developed strong tactical and technical abilities. Later, I competed in Laser World and European Championships, gaining invaluable experience in high-performance racing and teamwork under demanding conditions.
Beyond competitive sailing, I have earned years of experience in maritime tourism, working extensively with both a Beneteau First 35.5 and a Bavaria 46. My responsibilities included vessel handling, navigation, and ensuring a safe and remarkable sailing experience for passengers. Additionally, I have worked as a recreational nautical instructor at a nautical school, sharing my expertise and passion for sailing with aspiring sailors.
With my strong background in racing, cruising, and instruction, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to any sailing crew, whether for deliveries, regattas, or charter operations. I am highly adaptable, safety-conscious, and thrive in dynamic maritime environments.
