Looking for a Novice Crew, Mile building, Competent Crew or Voluntary work position

I’m currently on Oahu, Hawaii, and I’d absolutely love to join a boat heading out or coming in! I’m open to going anywhere but dream of exploring places like French Polynesia, Fiji, or wherever the waves and winds take us. I grew up sailing a San Juan 24 back in Washington State, but it’s been a little while, and now I’m ready to jump back in and live this adventure to the fullest!
I’m 22 and graduating college soon, filled with stoke and love for life and the ocean. I’m totally obsessed with anything to do with water and wind, especially surfing! My dream is to surf the world someday, hitting epic breaks in far-off places. Beyond that, I’m also into hiking mountains and going on wild expeditions (basically anything that feeds my need for adventure and makes me feel alive!)
I’m looking for an awesome boat with a happy captain and a chill, fun crew to explore amazing places together. I’m eager to work, learn, and be part of the team while having a blast on the water. I’m super easy-going, responsible, and always bring good vibes. I want to deepen my sailing skills, learn all about boat maintenance and engineering, and maybe one day become a skipper with my own boat to sail and surf the world!
I can cover my food and costs and would really like the chance to work for my stay or passage. This is about growing, learning, and soaking up all the knowledge and experiences you’re willing to share. I’ll bring an open heart, a ready smile, and a huge sense of gratitude for the opportunity.
