La Palma - El Hierro
Dear Shipmates,
2022/2023 I sailed the north Atlantic circuit and fulfilled a dream with this.
End of 2024 I started again sailing westwards from the Canary Islands.
After arriving at Martinique I sailed some time in the Caribbean Sea and then further on to Panama. From there I crossed to the Marquesas, sailed around the islands there, the Tuamotos and to Tahiti. After sailing to and enjoying Samoa, I am now in Fiji - an amazing place!
From mid/end of November I will be on La Palma for some time and would like to also discover El Hierro. And what could be better than to go there by sailing.
Until now I sailed as crew 20.000nm+ on different types of boats; crossed most of the Pacific, the Atlantic two times from East to West and once from West to East. Beside this I sailed on the Baltic Sea, the Meds and the Caribbean Sea.
I would describe myself as a very open minded, polite, adaptable and responsible person.
Up until 2022, I worked as a social worker for about 10 years.
I like hiking, biking, cooking, playing chess, travelling and exploring nature.
