Experienced ocean sailor and boatbuilder looking for January Atlantic Crossing (or alternative warm weather passage)
Hi :)
I'm a healthy, 50 year old, former boatbuilder, with 35 years of professional and amateur sailing experience. I have sailed my own boat (Najad 360) on an Atlantic circuit originating from Copenhagen, and am always interested in spending time at sea if the opportunity is right.
I'm not a master chef, but I do enjoy cooking -- in particular if it involves fresh fish.
I appreciate a safe and relaxed atmosphere aboard!
Currently, I'm looking for an Atlantic passage leaving the Canaries or Cape Verde in early January 2025. But I would entertain other options if the weather is nice!
At request, I can provide references of a skipper I have sailed for (also owner of the boat yard where I was employed in Copenhagen), as well as references of professional and amateur crew who have sailed with me.
