Looking for a Deckhand, 1st Mate or Delivery Crew position

Hi, I’m looking for sailing assignments. I’ve been regatta sailing since I was 5 (Optimist, Europe, 470).
Right now I’m sailing and powerboat instructor in Poland. I’m also paddleboard instructor. I love water sports in general as I also do windsurfing and wakeboarding.
I’m looking for new experience and I’m not afraid of unconventional tasks. I’m PYA Yachtmaster and want to keep developing my competencies.
