An expert in remote provisioning in destinations like French Polynesia, he crafts unforgettable dining experiences, from exquisite fine dining menus to beach BBQs featuring fresh catch in the Caribbean. Beyond the galley, Pablo founded a gastronomic travel agency, curating unique custom tours centered around culinary and cultural experiences, such as cooking with local chefs and exploring vibrant food markets. He's also a Dive Master and Level 2 Freediver, adding extra depth to aquatic adventures.
• Hailie: Stewardess/Deckhand with over a decade on sailing yachts, specializing in seamless service, event planning, and deck support—all delivered with a smile. With 15 years of digital marketing expertise, I’m skilled in website development, SEO, graphic design, affiliate marketing, and social media marketing. Advanced Diver + Nitrox certified and a Level 2 Freediver, I ensure smooth sailing and unforgettable guest experiences both on deck and underwater.
