Qualified Seafarer/Skipper looking for boat to sail on for fun
Hi captains!
I’m currently sailing around Fiji on a 40ft mono, and looking for another boat to join after that around November 20th.
I can help with watchkeeping, rigging, maintenance, troubleshooting, cooking, cleaning...
On the professional side I have many STCW qualifications, including unlimited chief officer, unlimited engine officer and Med III training. I work at sea since 2021 as Deck Officer, Deck Engineer, Operations Officer and Chief Officer, mostly on cable laying ships.
On the personnal side I am the proud owner of a Feeling 416 (41ft mono) in South of France since 2 years. I live aboard when I'm not working and sail as much as I can.
I am a calm and even tempered person, I am used to sailing for months with the same group of people without seeing land.
My geographical area would ideally be Fiji/Tonga/Samoa/NZ but I am open to any opportunity and have no issue with catching a flight to move anywhere.
Not looking for any paid position, I just want to enjoy life at sea a bit more. Don't hesitate to contact me!
