Looking for a Deckhand position

I'm Tom, 28, currently in chilly Germany after a few days sailing around southern and eastern England. I hold a coastal skipper's license but don’t have a ton of experience or confidence yet.
I’ve spent a lot of time on large motorboats, working on deck, bridge, and in the kitchen. I’m also a yoga teacher and hold an advanced diving certificate. I’m hardworking and eager to learn, looking for my next adventure on a sailing vessel!
Available to start the end of November , with flexible dates and locations.
Looking for my way from Europe to the canary, and maybe from there all the way to the Caribbean
