Looking for a Friendship or Novice Crew position

I am Attila, 39 years old. I started sailing on Lake Balaton 2 years ago, and I recently get a skipper's license. My plan is to sell up everything and sail around the world. I am aware of the basics of sailing, I sailed 1000 miles on Lake Balaton (most of alone). I have 600+ miles maritame experiance on sea (Mallorca-Menorca-Sardinai-Sicily).
I am an introverted person, silence does not embarrass me, but I also like to talk. Unfortunately, my speaking skills are worn out.
I am looking for a challenge and experience, not a vacation. (sometimes need a little chill)
