Cook/Stew - Temporary / Seasonal - General (Europe)
Job Opportunity: Seasonal Stew/Cook on 52ft Luxury Crew Catamaran
We are a 52ft luxury crewed catamaran operating a successful charter program in the Adriatic.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and friendly stew/cook to join our team.
Position Details:
Season: Mid-May to mid-October
Location: Marina Kaštela (Split), Croatia
Charter Duration: Mostly 7-day charters
Guest Capacity: Up to 10 guests (typically 4-8 guests)
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare two meals per day (breakfast and either lunch or dinner)
Keep the boat clean and tidy
Handle provisioning of food and drinks
Assist the captain with docking, anchoring, and sailing
Serve guests snacks and drinks throughout the day
The galley is well-equipped with all necessary appliances, including a 5-burner stove, oven, and dishwasher.
Crew:
The boat operates with a 2-person crew: captain and steward/cook
Accommodation is shared in a cabin with bunk beds, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.
Basic Requirements:
Proven ability to prepare delicious meals with great presentation
Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
A PWC or small boat license is a plus
Positive, "can-do" attitude
At least 1 year of yachting experience
Proficient in English
