1st Mate - Permanent - $To be confirmed - Italy

I have a 675 Hansen SY 22m. I am the owner/captain, although I don’t have much experience with sailing yatchs as i've always had motor yachts. So we would need your sailing knowledge and aid as a skipper but I do have ocean captain 500 gt licence . The position would be first mate/deckhand responsible for maintenance of the boat. You would also have the responsibility of keeping the outside clean and tidy daily. Inside we one stewardess. Currently the boat is in Italy and we need someone starting August 1 preferably full time. We might cross the Atlantic in January but that’s not for sure yet. For now it would be going from Italy to Greece and September start heading back to Gibraltar slowly.
